Houseplants can be repotted into the next size container at any time of year. Since they're indoors where the climate is almost constant, they're not as apt to become overstressed as some landscape plants do. Use fresh potting soil, and replant into a pot one size larger. Keep the plants protected from direct sunlight (if they're used to direct sunlight) for several days after repotting. Otherwise, just put them back in their former place after they've been transplanted.
