I have flower gardens all around my house, 95% have weed cloth & rock. I thought that this would save me time because I work full time, but it is just a mess. I have weed every ware. Is their a weed killer that won't harm my flowers?

Weed barrier landscape fabric should keep weeds from sprouting so I'm not sure what has happened in your garden. The weed barriers work by keeping sunlight from reaching the soil surface and thereby keeping weed seeds from sprouting. If the fabric is torn (as it might be if you walk on the rocks which can tear the fabric) then sunlight can penetrate and weed seeds can sprout. I'd pull the weeds out and then apply a pre emergent product such as Preen to keep new weeds from sprouting. There really is nothing on the market that you can safely use to kill weeds in flower beds without harming your flowers and plants. Wish I had better news for you!
