When do I cut back hydrangeas?

When to prune depends upon the type of hydrangea you have. Hydrangeas develop flowers on new growth. Most are pruned in the early spring just as the buds begin to swell. The repeat blooming plants such as Endless Summer can be pruned back all season long. Hope this answers your question!
