My 3 year honeysuckle vine is only blooming on the ends this year. Very woody vines , no leaves or flowers except the newest growth. Can I safely cut it back this winter to let it start over ?

You can prune your honeysuckle back now and then again in early spring. If you prune it back every spring it will respond with lots of new growth and you'll have lots of flowers all summer long. Enjoy!
