My neighbor feeds pigeons EVERY DAY and every night cockroaches crawl over our cement block wall and infest my veggie garden. My neighbor will NOT stop feeding pigeons. What can I use that is organic to rid the roaches? Should I just get better neighbors that don't like pigeons or a shotgun?haha.

Sounds like a difficult situation. As long as there is birdfood around, cockroaches will find it. And, they will explore all around the area, too. That's probably how they found your garden. As long as there is food available, they will feed and breed. There's really no way to protect your garden and while boric acid baits can kill them, there are probably more in the area than you can possibly hope to control. There are probably local ordinances relating to pigeon feeding and there may be abatement programs available for the cockroaches. Why not check with your local cooperative extension office? They will be aware of local ordinances and whether or not the population of cockroaches can be controlled through a county program.
