I have two questions the first one is I have a rose brush in a big planter and the last two yrs it has not given me any flowers the vines are nice and green. The other question is I planted 4 roses brushes this spring and no matter what I spray on them to kill the bugs the leaves still look awful and alot of the leave are turning yellow

If your rose bush is not flowering it is either getting too much fertilizer or not enough sunshine. Lush green growth means it is healthy but it just is not getting the sunshine it needs - or it is getting too much nitrogen. Have you tried the neem oil based product called Rose Defense? It has some residual value and generally protects against the most common insect and disease problems. Best wishes with your roses!
