'Belle of Woking' is a Jackmanii clematis of the florida group. It flowers in late spring on the previous year's wood. To encourage lots of flowers you'll need to prune it back so new wood will grow this year (for next year's flowers). To prune, wait til after flowering, and then trim the shoot tips back to two or three pairs of buds. Best wishes with your clematis!
