Is it possible to transplant loquats and crepe myrtles? If so when is the best time to transplant them? I live in zone 8.

Both can be transplanted but I'd wait until the weather cools a bit before digging and transplanting. The stress of being moved along with the hot, humid summer weather may be a little too much for your plants. Wait until this fall, or late winter to move them. Best wishes with the move!
