Can I move my dwarf Chamae palm from one place to another now during the summer, live in Texas, very dry and hot 98 degrees, little rain lately, thank-you

You'll really stress your palm if you move it now in the summertime. It would be much better for your plant to move it this fall when temperatures are cool and rainfall abundant. Good luck with the move!
