Can I move my Lilithope plants in July or August or do I need to wait till spring? Can I plant Boxwoods now or do I need to wait until spring? I have one of those yellow flowered bushes that bloom real early in the spring. Can I prune them now?

Spring blooming shrubs can be pruned now. Although you can plant and transplant things in the summer months, the plants will be stressed and may not establish themselves for several months. During that time they may lose leaves, fail to flower and just generally look pathetic. I'd wait until the weather cools in the fall!
