The leaves on our crape myrtles are brown on the tips and yellow around the edges but green inside the center of the leaf. Can you tell me what is going on and how to correct it. They are watered by the sprinkler system several times a week. I recently fed them with a Ross root feeder when. They are next to the driveway between my house and the neighbors and they are on the east side of house.

What you describe sounds like chlorosis. When the veins are green but the other parts of the leaf are yellow your tree needs iron. You can apply Ironite or other iron products formulated for trees and shrubs. Be sure to apply according to label directions. Good luck with your landscape!
