oleander bush seed pods - Knowledgebase Question

we planted oleander bushes in March. About a week ago trhey sprouted lots of seed pods about 3 + inches long.Do we prune them ignore them, plant seeds and get more bushes ?? THX NFD

You can collect the seeds and plant them or you can simply take cuttings from your oleanders to start new plants. Just choose new growth and cut a 4-6 inch long stem. Remove the lower leaves, dip the cut end in rooting hormone and set it in a container of moistened potting soil. It should root in 4-5 weeks. Enjoy!
