We have a mature peach tree that bear fruit but the peaches never changes color from green. I spray it in october and early spring. Ferterlize it with fruit stakes twice a year. We are at a lost as what to do to get this tree going. |
If the fruits never mature I suspect it is the wrong type of peach for your growing region. Your summer just is not long enough for the tree to be able to mature all the fruits it sets. It would help to know what the variety the tree is. You might be able to take some of the fruits to your local cooperative extension office for help in identifying it and determining whether or not it is the right variety for your region.
