| Your potato plants will develop flowers. Flowers are your cue that the plants are beginning to produce potatoes. You can dig a few "new potatoes" after the flowers fade. When the tops of the plants turn yellow and die down, the spuds are ready for harvest. Hope you have a bountiful harvest! |
