My lillies (day, tiger ect.)have all bloomed. Many of the leaves have turned yellow.I don't know if they are just dying back or if it is bugs. Should I cut them all the way back? Also is there anything else I could now plant in that spot that will bloom before the end of the season? I live in Louisville, ky. THANKS Sara

Once the foliage has turned yellow and died back it has served its purpose and you can cut it off at ground level. You can plant chrysanthemums now for fall color in your garden. Enjoy!
