| Both gooseberries and currants are members of the Ribes family and have the same cultural requirements. They produce best in the Northwest, in zones 3-6. Your plants may never produce berries, but they're attractive as ornamental shrubs, so why not keep them where they are and hope for a crop when the weather is just right? |
