Spidermites are tiny little insects and they leave little webs between the leaves and the stems, or in the case of dill, little webs where the needle like leaves meet. Aphids will also feed on dill. Neither insect will be interested in hurting or living on your cat's fur so don't be too concerned about that. You can hose the pests off with a strong stream of water or kill them off with applications of insecticidal soap. Good luck with your garden!
