| The Chicago Botanic Garden grows 20 different types of lavenders outdoors in the ground. The plants are not always evergreen and often need to be pruned down each spring, but they grow very well outdoors. I'd plant it in a sunny spot outside and enjoy it. Make sure the soil drains quickly. Lavender doesn't like wet feet. It should thrive for you outdoors in a sunny spot that drains well. Enjoy! |
