I have a cat habitat outside. I wanted to plant a bush or small tree, native to SE GA and that thries in shade, the cats could climb but that was also nontoxic. Any suggestions? |
Oakleaf hydrangea is my first thought, but while researching other possibilities I came across a list of 200 native shrubs compiled by the University of Georgia: http://pubs.caes.uga.edu/caesp... If you click on the name of the plant, you'll be given a complete description including size and shape. It's a terrific resource and I hope you find it helpful when choosing just the right plant for your landscape. |
