You can put two or three wandering jews in a 10" pot. Or, if you are very patient, put only one in and pinch the plant back several times to encourage a bushy growth habit. Hollyhocks are biennials. They grow the first year, then flower and set seeds the second year. If you allow them to, they will reseed and you'll have new plants the following year. Shasta Daisies should be planted in the ground or in a container as soon as possible. They won't survive during the summer months if they are not planted.
