Bird of Paradise usually takes 4-5 years to mature enough to be able to develop flowers. As long as your plants are growing well and getting lots of sunshine, there's nothing you can do to hurry them along. When the roots and the tops of the plants are old enough they will reward you with flowers. Just be a little more patient with them.
