My hibiscus tree flowered all of last year. I brought it in this winter, and it lost all of its' leaves. I cut back any branches just above where new buds were growing. It has a healthy, green foliage about it, but it has not given me a single flower this summe. What went wrong? I have fertilized it.

Tropical hibiscus flowers on new growth and flowers best in full sunshine and warm temperatures. You can prune yours back again to promote healthy new (and hopefully flowering) shoots. Hope it flowers soon for you!
