When is the best time to plant dwarf bird of paradise, lantana, Baja fairy duster, cassia, emu, yellow bells, and Mexican honeysuckle? I forgot to include that in my earlier inquiry. Thank you, Cathy, for your earlier response. I appreciate your help.

The weather will begin to cool in September and October so wait until then to plant. Your new plants will be much less stressed and will establish quickly if you wait for cooler weather. In fact, you can plant from October through March and have great results. Best wishes with your landscape!
