| I have a Hugarion wax pepper plant full of fruit am I sposed to pick them when they are yellow or wait untill they turn red. The tag says they turn red at maturity. Thank you John |
| You can begin harvesting your peppers at any color as long as they are the right size. They will be sweeter when they turn red but they will be flavorful when picked yellow, too. Try both ways and see which you prefer. |
