The Q&A Archives: rhubarb

Question: When can I cut my rhubarb back? How short can I cut it? Thanks

Answer: You can harvest rhubarb stalks when they are 12-15" long but you'll want to allow the remaining foliage to stay on the plant until it is killed back by frost.
