The Q&A Archives: Perennials

Question: What is the easiest way to remove perennials with very large, deep roots?

Answer: If digging is out of the question, you can cut off the tops of the plants and then paint Round Up or Brush B Gon on the stubs. These are vegetation killers and you'll need to be careful with it around desireable plants, but it should kill of the perennials you want to be rid of.
