The Q&A Archives: white bugs flying around plants

Question: one of my recently planted potatoes has been thriving until just a couple of weeks ago, a white bug about the length of about 1/10 of a centimeter. they produce eggsa little bit smaller than the size of the bug. these eggs can cover the whole bottom of a leaf, but never go on the top of the leaf. the eggs are white, and when rubbed, have a black center. what can i do to get rid of these bugs?
