My main question is whether or not your tree flowers. If not, it may be the wrong variety for your growing region. If it does flower but does not bear fruit, lack of pollination is the problem. This could be due to heavy rainfall when the tree is in flower, or lack of insect activity in your garden. You can try planting lots of flowers that are open at the same time your tree is in bloom to encourage flying insects, which may help pollinate those opened flowers. Hope this helps!
