planted bald cypress's both are drying brown to the tips and one is green and one is real yellow. Is this shock? Do they require ironite?

Transplant shock can cause the symptoms you describe, as can a need for iron. Be sure to water your cypresses deeply once a week. An application of Ironite will help them green up if the roots are healthy. Good luck with your trees!
