| I, too, love the Australian violet! Viola hederacea is the botanical name and if you cannot find it in your local garden center you can certainly propagate the plants you have. Just take tip cuttings, about 4-6" long, strip the lower leaves, dip the cut end in rooting hormone, and set it in a container of moistened potting soil. Or, you may find that some of the trailing stems have already rooted in the ground. If so, simply sever the rooted part from the parent plant and plant it elsewhere in your garden.
