Fast growing trees - Knowledgebase Question

I have a small yard with an un ubstructed view of my neghbours. What fast growing trees out ther can I plant that will not over take the small yard and give me root proplems?

Colorado State University recommends the following trees for your gardening region: Ussurian pear (Pyrus ussuriensis), Russian hawthorn (Crataequs ambiqua), Japanese tree lilac (Syringa reticulata), Bristlecone pine (Pinus aristata), Pinus flexilis
(limber pine), and Crusader Hawthorn. Hope one of these is just right for your landscape.
