WILL ANNUALS AND PERENNIALS COME UP AGAIN NEXT YEAR ONCE PANTED IN THE GROUND

Annuals are plants that grow for only one season. They grow, flower, set seeds and then die. If the seeds spill onto the soil they may sprout and grow new plants the next spring. Perennials are plants that will come back reliably year after year. Hope this clarifies things for you!
