Aphids are some of the most prolific of insects. They give birth to live young so you can actually have several generations of aphids feeding on a single stem or leaf! You can hose them off your plants or you can use an insecticidal soap. Insecticidal soaps are made from the fatty acids of plants and are about as organic as an insecticide can be. Spray carefully, getting both the upper and lower leaf surfaces and expect to make repeat sprays in order to control the pests.
