Squash blossoms last only one day and they often drop at alarming rates during the summer months. Sometimes they drop because of hot temperatures, sometimes because of water stress, and sometimes they simply drop because there are so many and the plants cannot develop the potential fruit to maturity. If you are sure something is cutting them off, you'll have to inspect the plants for signs of insects or caterpillars. I think it's more likely, though, that they are simply falling off. If they are wet they can become heavy enough to snap the stem and it might look as though they were pulled or cut off. Put on your detective cap and closely inspect the plants and the flowers. I'm sure you'll determine just what might be going on with your plant!
