I LIVE IN A CONDO UNIT AND DO PART TIME WORK FOR THE UNIT WITH OUT PAY. I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED A LICENSE TO SPRAY MIRICLE GROW ON FLOWERS AN SHRUBS. DO YOU KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE? WHO WOULD I CONTACT ON THIS?

In most states you need to be licensed in order to legally apply restricted use pesticides. Because they are restricted use, you won't be able to purchase them in any garden center. The products you purchase can be used without a special license, but the county in which you live, or the owners of the condo might have their own rules and regulations. I'd check with the Cooperative Extension Service in your county, as well as the condo owners to see if any restrictions might apply in your particular situation. Contact Brevard County Cooperative Extension, 3695 Lake Dr
