I have 2 trees and they have not had 1 flower in 2 years. They get full sun.

Your crape myrtles should be mature enough to bloom so there's something else going on with them. Crape myrtles develop flowers on the new growth of the season. I wonder if yours are developing flower buds but then the buds are damaged by a late frost? If you notice late frost damage you can immediately prune it off which will encourage more growth and with any luck it will flower for you a little later in the season. Hope this works for you!
