Without flowers there will be no cucumbers. Cuke plants need lots of sunshine and warmth in order to develop flowers, but too much heat can keep the plants from flowering. Summer is not the best time to grow cucumbers in Florida. The usual growing times are beginning in March so the plants and fruits can mature before hot summer weather, or late August so fruits can develop in the fall. Since your plant is already growing, all you'll need to do is wait another 3-4 weeks. When the weather begins to cool a bit you should see some flowers and subsequent fruit. Good luck with your cukes.
