The Q&A Archives: why are my cucumbers yellow?

Question: why are my cucumbers yellow?

Answer: Cucumbers can turn yellow if they are overmature (regardless of size). Sometimes the part that lays on the ground turns yellow. To enjoy the best cucumbers, harvest them when they are less than 6 inches long. Enjoy!
