they are in pots, why do they wilt and die

Madagascar periwinkle grows well in the heat and in the summer sun but if yours are in containers they may not be getting as much moisture as they need (plants in pots dry out quickly in the summer heat) or the roots may be overheating if the containers are in the sunshine. Try planting them into larger containers to give the roots more protection, or plant them in the ground. Hope this helps!
