My crabapple tree has bright orange spots on its leaves. I have tried a variety of remedies which have been unsuccessful. What can I do?

I suspect your crabapple has cedar-apple rust. Most fungicides won't control the problem, but Immunox? is effective and is a fungicide available to homeowners. Follow a recommended fungicide spray schedule next spring, beginning at the pink-bud stage and continuing through the second cover spray, as recommended on the product label.
