I live in Phoenix, and my garden has fizzled out. When can I start planting the next one. What do you recommend now for fall harvesting?

In September you can plant beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, eggplant, garlic, lettuce, peas, radishes and other cool season crops such as spinach and green beans for harvest in November and December.
