There's really nothing safe to put in the cups of your bromilliads to discourage mosquito larvae. You'll just need to empty the cups by turning the plants upside to dump the water and the mosquito larvae. Do this every 3-4 days and no mosquitoes will hatch. If the plants are in the ground and you can't turn them upside down to empty the cups, soak up the water with a clean rag or paper towels. Then fill the cups back up with fresh water.
