I was wondering if there was a crop that could be planted and kept in a pot indoors? I will be living in a dorm and want to have a veggie or something to grow.

You need at least 6 hours of sunlight and 8 is better if you want to grow vegetables indoors under natural light. Some of the best plants to grow are leaf lettuces, spinach and cherry tomatoes. Good luck with your garden!
