How long does it take for chick peas from germination until you can harvest, and when do you know they are ready to pick?

Cicer (Chick Pea) is also called garbanzo. The beans will mature about 100 days after planting. These are usually allowed to dry on the plant before they're harvested. Wait until most of the leaves have fallen from the plant and then harvest the pods. Or, when the pods are brown and dry, remove them from the plant.
