MY DOG LIKES TO LIFT HIS
LEG ON MY EVERGREENS AND
I NOTICED THEY ARE DYING AROUND THE BOTTOM, IS THERE A CHEMICAL I CAN USE TO KEEP HIM AWAY FROM THEM?

It's the salt in the urine that causes burning of the plants. About the only way to save your plants is to immediately hose them off after the fact, or to place a barrier around them so your dog's urine can't reach them. Training your dog to go in a specific place - maybe his own pole or plastic fire hydrant? Good luck with your landscape!
