Why are my lantana flowers &leaf tips turning black? They look like they have been burnt, or frost bit.

Black leaf tips can be the result of over fertilization or due to a fungal disease. I'd prune the plant back to remove all of the black leaf tips and be sure to rake any fallen leaves beneath the plants to prevent any fungal spores from splashing back onto the plants. If the problem returns, you can use a fungicide on your lantana.
