My Bird of Paradise leaves curl inward and some of them have black towards the center of the leaves. What is it and what do I need to do. Thanks!

The symptoms you describe are normally associated with cold temperature damage. When kept in a location that is too cold, the leaves tend to curl and turn black. I wonder if your bird of paradise is just slow in showing winter damage, or perhaps you didn't notice the damage until now. There's not much you can do for your plant other than to cut off the damaged leaves.
