I have 3 areas of bermuda grass I want to get rid of. Two are near both of my neighbors and the other is near my front lawn that is a different kind of grass. The areas near my neighbors is on the property line where it is getting worse from them watering their new sod grass.

Although there are non-selective vegetation killers such as Round Up that will take care of the bermuda, they will also kill any other plant material in the vicinity. I think the safest way to eliminate the bermuda is to dig it out, roots and all. Wish I had an easier solution for you but with it so close to your neighbor's turf, that's the best way to go about eliminating the bermuda.
