I was told by a landscaper that I have flat grass growing in my lawn. I believe it is also called BAHIA. He said it is seed droppings from the birds. Can you advise on how to kill this growth?
Thank yYou.

Bahia or centipede grasses are both commonly called "flat grass". Your only real option here is to apply a non-selective herbicide like Roundup to the patches as they pop up. It will unfortunately kill everything though, so you'll need to replant or reseed once the patch is dead.

Eventually, with diligence, you should be able to eliminate the centipede.
