What do you use to treat area that are dead due to grubs and cinch bugs? Also, after treatment of the isolated areas how much area do you still have to treat to make sure you have eliminated all the pests? Thank you Tony Farina |
Several strains of the bacterium, Bacillus popilliae, called Milky Spore Disease, is a biological way to rid your lawn of grubs. Or insecticides such as imidacloprid (Merit) or halofenozide (GrubEx) can be applied to your lawn. Be sure to apply according to label directions. I'd treat the entire turf area rather than just spot treat - otherwise they may migrate to untreated areas. |
